My parents have been separated for almost 30yrs.-not divorced.My mom wants us kids to hve certain things.She's been toldshe can't do that because if she dies first,everything automatically goes to my Dad to do with what he wants.We kids don't count.True?

A spouse can challenge a will and receive a marital share of an estate.
