Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

my passed away on 2-18-08, she had a will naming myself as ex. of estate and leaving everything to me. I have 3 brothers, who want nothing,(to be exitor or estate). there is a mortage on house. Does the will have to be probated or can letters be drawen up and notarized to state this and be legal?

If there are any assets that are in the decedent's name alone, you will probably have to probate the Will. There are a few more questions that I would need you to answer in order for me to better answer your question.
