Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

Conserning workmans comp. Does an employer have to pay for physical theropy if a doctor has seen you and that is what he request that you do?

Yes, the workers' comp insurance carrier must pay for physical therapy; unless it is a self-referral to the physician's own PT business - even if separate from the medical practice. Section 306(f.1).

Your lawyer will make them pay.
