death by complicatins
who is liable if an employee dies of complications due to demanded surgeries by these insurance companies for work comp. there should be some kink of limit. what can be done if they continually demand surgery

If the complications are the result of medical malpractice, then the treatming doctor could be held responsible. The workers compensation insurance carrier would not be held responsible for a mistake made by the doctor.
