Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

Discontinuance of attorneys services

I have been recieving Workers' Compensation for some time now and I have come to the point where I no longer need my lawyers assistance and I was wondering if it was possible my lawyer can continue to charge his regular fee if he is no longer my lawyer being as though I will still be recieving compensation?
