Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

Forced to work full shift after therapy

I suffered an injury that required physical therapy. I go to the clinic 3 days a week, for 2 hours. When I get to the job, they make me work a full 8 hours.(for a total of 10 hours)

I want to know if the job related therapy time should be part of the 8 hour shift.

No, to my knowledge physical therapy time is not considered "on the clock". Based upon your note, you are able to work a full 8 hours, so I'm wondering why you are having physical therapy and who was responsible for your injury. If you are having difficulty working that amount of time you should advise your supervisor or physical therapist and/or physician. Also, I would suggest you have the physical therapy after or before the work day.

Generally, the answer is no. So long as you are physically able to do your job, your employer can require you to work a full shift. You should see if the clinic can see you after work.
