Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

injured neck/ shoulder

Injured rotator cuff/neck at work.(OCT) The IME who WC sent me to stated I could go back to work full time. With conditions...He stated there is no such job. neck/head..occasional,stationary position, flexing, rotation. Never pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying right arm. None of these above, at/below shoulder level. Ocassional on left.

My shoulder is actually healing very nicely (torn rotator cuff). (going to PT), but my neck is still very painful with limited range of motion. My ortho just ordered an MRI to see if it is more than just a sprain.

My work wants me to enter patient chart info into a computer. My job is actually a cardiac sonographer. I can barely tolerate sitting here tyoing this for 15 minutes. Does occasionally mean sitting at a computer for 8 hours entering info.

Work stated if i didnt go it could jeapordize my workmans com.
