Both determined that it was due to my job. I now have to wear hearing aids in both ears. All this informantion is on fie with PA office of vocational rehabilitation. Re: loss of hearing

There are a few things you can do to seek compensation for this hearing loss.

(1) You may be entitled to a specific loss under the PA Workers Compensation Act.

(2) If there are OSHA violations, there may be a cause of action beyond the workers compensation.

(3) There may be disability benefits available to you through social security if this impacts your ability to earn wages. For example, if you work for company A, but some of the equipment is owned or maintained by company B.

(4) If there is another company who is at fault in creating the noise in the workplace, we could hold them responsible as well.

Please give me a call to discuss this in more detail. I can be reached toll free 866.761.1385, which will ring directly to my cell phone.

Re: loss of hearing

One generally should not resign. If you were forced into resignation, you may have an orthopaedic/neurologic case conserning your neck.

You seem to have a valid hearing loss case on top of it. contact counsel to discuss these matters confidentially so that y ou can have a hearing in johnstown or clearfield.

Good Luck
