Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

mileage

Can you get mileage reimbursement for doctor visits that are work comp related in Pennsylvania? They are my own doctors that I chose to see who are treating me for my injuries.

Unfortunately, the only way that you can get mileage reimbursement is if the provider that you are seeing is more than 100 miles round trip and if that specialty is not available closer.
