Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

I recently won judgement in my workmens comp case and receive weekly payments. Is it possible to request a lump sum payment, I been receiving weekly payments since august.

you can attempt to negotiate a lump sum commutation. I strongly urge that you do not undertake this on your own.

For the "right" amount, all insurance companies want to settle for lump sums. The question is how big the "lump" will be! Most attys will charge you 20% to represent you in these settlement cases. I charge less.
