Writ of execution

On January 2006 The writ had been serve by the lower court to the bond company to collect the bond that had been post by the plaintiff. But still the writ stuck coz the bond company refuse to pay and instead filed a quash to writ. Now all is pending and the sherif do nothing and the judge got no respond on it. what move or where we will go to seek justice?

technically you have to wait for the decision on the pending incident. YOu can also file a motion for early resolution or you can initiate administrative case against the judge.
