Legal Question in Banking Law in Philippines
Breach of contract?
I applied in one of the call centers here in manila as customer service rep. After passing the assessment, I was asked to sign a contract and was instructed to wait for 2 weeks and then again for another week only to be informed later that i did not qualify for the account. Is there any legal obligation that they might possibly have because they prevented me from applying to other companies when they had me signed that contract.
