Greetings!
My sister-in-law wants to remove her name from the electric company bill at her home in the Philippines and put her sister's name as the payer. I wrote this and it was rejected:
Benguet Electric Cooperative (Beneco)
Alapang, La Trinidad, Benguet
Manager for Baguio City
Re: Responsible Party
Dear Manager,
I, Alicia F. Cheng, do hereby authorize the removal of my name as the responsible party for this utility account. Furthermore, I authorize my sister, Ligaya C. Fernandez, to assume the status as responsible party.
