Legal Question in Business Law in Philippines

What is the best thing that I can do about this particular brand of distilled drinking water that is contaminated with something like a cloth fiber? It is given to me by my mother. She bought it in a big grocery establishment. Because I am the one who always buy my own distilled drinking water, I inspect it and found out that there is something like a cloth fiber inside the container. I told it to my mother and she answered to give it back to her and told me that she is just gonna drink it for herself, the contents of Matthew 15:17 entered into my mind: Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught?, maybe my mother instinctively knows that anything that entered into the mouth goes into the stomach and is cast out through the anus but I told my mother that I am just gonna keep it. A month passed by, I read in a 2nd (or 3rd sorry! I forgot it) Sunday issue of November of Philippine Daily Inquirer (I think its Philippine Star sorry! I forgot it) newspaper a survey about a deadly virus that could be catched from air from a sicked sneezing person. If I'm not mistaken, the survey said it kills globally 90 million chilldren per year mostly 4-6 year old child. It said that the virus goes into the lungs of the child and then developed a killer disease that could kill the child. Three weeks passed by, it is possible that the cloth fiber is furtherly contaminated with that same kind of virus entered into my mind. It is now January, but there are no bad news that spread around the air about that particular brand of distilled drinking water. Until now it is still intact or not yet open. Please help, thanks in advance.

Just bring it to the BFAD for examination and file an administrative complaint against the manufacturer and distributor.
