conjugal property
my husband, filed for an annullment. i have pictures and emails of him and his mistress (the woman is from germany) of their infidelity. we have not concieved a child yet, what case can i file againts him or them? what are my rights as a legal wife? i dont want our marriage to be annulled what option do i have? last year the mistress went here and they lived in a house in quezon city for at least 3 weeks. what if they do it again this year? because my husband is in the philippines now

You can sue both for adultery. Your problem is that our court has no jurisdiction to the German mistress.
