How to file bouncing check case?
My friend issue a bounced cheque worth P145,000 pesos last May 2006. Until now she don't pay me the amount. Can i file a criminal case?If yes, where can i file the case?Thanks,

yes, you can file. you have to initiate it in the prosecutors office of the place where the check bounced or is issued. that is a violation of the ani-bouncing check law. bp 22
