I am Reden Damasco. I dont have a middle name because I am an illegitimate child..My mom, Fely L. Damasco is now married and she has a new last name.(Fely D. Gamboa).. some of my papers require the name of my mom, shall I use her new last name or the one written in my Birth certificate?
