Legal Question in Technology Law in Philippines

Starting an online business

Is it necessary to obtain a business name in the Philippines in order to start a business or company on the Internet? Since it will be a purely online business, is it valid to use our home address for the business address?

Are there any laws that talk about starting an online business in the Philippines and the requirements?
