Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Philippines

my question sir is i get an appliance from appliance company then it happens that we transfer from one place to another but i call the collector then tell him that im going to transfer then after that its already one year from that time no colector come then sometime from that we had an emergency then i pawn the item then just few days the manedger comes in our house angry i expain the situation and i told him im willing to pay but he give me until 15 this month and he told he will never allowed or accept partial payments he says he will accept only the full payment.
if i cant raise that full amount sir then pay only partial can i sir or i will be lagally sued?thank you pls advise me.
