Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Philippines

Hi I received a credit card without applying for it. At first a received a letter about the pin that I can use if I want to cash back so I called the hotline verifying what that pin number is for and I found out that I had a credit card approvd so they asked me if I want it so I gave it a try I used the credit card however I am delinquent now teh collection agency is haunting me the address on the account is under my mom's address. What's the worst thing that could happen?
