Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Philippines

sir, i have been working for this certain company as a promo salesman.. for almost 5 years I have used almost 300,000.00 amount accumulated..now the manager found out and I was ask to pay the said amount but unfortunately I cannot produce such amount now..what will be the punishment for it and what shall i do?trhank you

You can be charged of either estafa or qualified theft. This is depending on the attending circumstances of how you committed the acts or omissions.
