Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Philippines

Telco Collections arm (3rd party) are calling my Boss for my balance, after I made arrangements with them and they specifically told me to just pay off the balance and come back when im fully paid. is this legal?

Yes, provided they are not harassing you. The harassment will constitute unjust vexation.
