Legal Question in Criminal Law in Philippines

connivance and inducement

how do i prove connivance among my enemies if they deny any participation to each others actions and whereabouts during the time their crime was being commited? is it enough to illustrate their connections to each other? if the complainant was induced or convinced by respondents of their referrals' trustworthyness, is it enough grounds to say that they are in connivance with their referrals in committing the crime?

Re: connivance and inducement

Connivance is a condition of mind which can be shown proof by any means by which the coordination, cooperation and participation of the conniving parties can be shown. IT can be an object or real evidence or even by testimonial evidence coming from witnesses who may have seen, observed or even lend a hand in the act being testified on.
