Legal Question in Criminal Law in Philippines
good morning!
my friend has been in immigration watch list so he wasnt able to go home in his country,korea because of that.his lawyer said that he have to file a promisory note that he is going to come back here in philippines and deposit money in immigration before leaving philippines...and that money will be refunded if he comes back here again in philippines.but here comes another problem after that,his name is still in watch list and now his lawyer said that he dont know whats making this case difficult...is it possible?
whats the best thing to do about this matter?please help me
