Legal Question in Education Law in Philippines
Hi. I am currently in 4th year HS. My school is giving me and my friends sanctions because we posted a picture in Facebook with our middle finger raised(dirty finger). They said that it is DEFAMATION and ASPERSION to the school. Can we do something about it? If so, what? Also, can i have your definition of aspersion and defamation? thanks
