Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

could an adoption of minor be granted by the Court without the consent of petitioners' legitimate children? What if one of the petitioners' children refused to give her/his consent?

The law requires that if the children are already 10 years old then they are required to give their consent. The answer is no.They should consent.
