Annulment information needed

i married in 2001 with an american citizen and couldnt get in touch with him since 2002, i would like to file an application for annulment to be free to marry again? need information such as, how long will it take? how much is the total expenses? please help thanks

Annulment proceedings usally take 1 year and 6 months to 2 years. But your Petition may be resolved earlier assuming that your husband will not contest the Petition anymore. You only have to publish the Petition in the newspaper since his whereabouts is unknown. There are also information on Annulment in our website which I am sure you will find very useful.
