Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

Annulment Procedure

I am planning to file an annulment with my wife. But I am sure that she is not really going to cooperate for a speedy process.

Given this, will an annulment case prosper even without the cooperation of the other? How much will be the total cost?

Re: Annulment Procedure

it is actually better and a legal requirement that your spouse should not cooperate. the case would be decided not based on her cooperation or non-cooperation but on the merit of it. thanks
