its me--name removed--iranina but living in Manila im planing to get divorve of my husbend that living in iran pls guide me how can i get divorce and do u helpme if u do how much i must pay for that .

If you are a Filipino citizen then you can file a petition for declaration of nullity of your marriage although your husband is in Iran. It is not important that your husband is in the Philippines for the petition to prosper.Well if you are really interested and Philippine law applies to you then you can send me an email.
