Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

please give me an advice..i was married twice in the philippines.the first was last year 2000 and i had a child with him.we separated because he fall to another woman and he abondoned us but after marriage we didnt live as husband and wife because we just do the ceremony of marriage for the sake that he will not be discharged from his service as army.the second marraige was last year 2006 my 2nd husband knows that i was married before but i didnt know it was legal because i was 20yrs that time but i got my parents consent and it was solemnized by a mayor in the placed where he was assigned before.during my 2nd marriage that time no requirements like CENOMAR and i still used my single name..now i want to be free of this two bondaged and move on with my life.please tell me what to do? it is possible for me to file a divorce in abroad because i was working broad now as OFW.wwhat is the best options and solutions to my problems.please help me.i cant afford for annulment..thank u and i am hoping to get anwaers to my problems.please dont post my email add...god bless us all.

You cannot resort to divorce since you are a Filipino citizen. The only remedy is to file a petition to declare the 2 marriages void. The first on the ground of psychological incapacity and the second marriage on the ground that it is bigamous.
