Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

Good day!

I am Marlina Lauron 38 yrs old with 1 daughter,Working abroad since 2003 as adomestic helper.While i am away my husband has an affair to on another woman untill now.I don't have communication with him since 2006 as NOTHING.Since he living with somebody (Woman) i plan to have a legal separation with him.WHAT IS THE FASTEST WAY TO HAVE A LEAGAL SEPARATION since my country Philippine has no law DIVOCSE.
