Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

my husband want to separate me,,& in fact he didnt recognised me now as his wife,,for him wer separeted,,october last year he go in oman..his working there & i've got pregnant last year,,were almost 8 years married & unexpected baby came,,when my husband already in oman,,he didnt even bother to call me or txted me,,and i've found out he have a mistress there ang thats why he wants a separation,,what will i do? what is my legal rights & my daughter as well..

Your problem is he is abroad.Our legal processes in so far acquiring jurisdiction over your husband is concerned.But you can initiate a criminal complaint for RA9262.What your husband did constitute an economic (failing to give support) and psychological violence (abandonment and marital infidelity).
