hi!
im a filipina, my fiance is american he is a military we met in korea i was working there in club, year 2007 to 2008 i came back here in philippines coz, im pregnat. we thougth his the father of my baby,but when the baby born her color is black but we still thought his the father coz the doctor said her color is black becoz her ambilical cord is roll on her neck but when we get the dna test she's not my fiance daughter, but we still love each other can i get my fiance visa i am, worried now pls help me!

If your boyfriend is still willing to file a petition for fiancee visa for you, the fact that you gave birth to a child who is not his child will not affect your chances to be issued a fiancee visa, if you both can prove the legitimacy of your relationship and the financial capacity of your boyfriend to petition you.
