hi i am engaged to a lady from the philippines and we want to get married we need to know what all needs to be done for her to come to the usa and for us to get married we need to know the easiest way to go about it and we need to know what forms and where to get them and everything you know about the situation would be greatly appreciated thank you very much

Dear Jerry,

You have to file a petition for fiancee visa for your fiancee. You may download form I-129F from the internet. Make sure that you would do the process correctly the first time and submit all the required documents. Otherwise, it will take you a longer time to get your petition approved.
