using copyrighted artwork without permission
what should or what can we do if our artwork which we own is used by other people/company without any permission or not even being paid?

You can very well sue for infringement of copy right. IN the Philippines, it is both a civil and a criminal violation. You have to secure your evidence showing the actual infringement.
