Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines

my daughter is being asked to submit vaccination records for her green card to be released. we lost our records due to flood. her pediatrician has died many years go. even the hospital that the pediatrician was connected with was inundated with flood. what is our next step?

In that case inform the USCIS that you can no longer obtain the records as it was beyond recovery. But you have to produce some proof like an affidavit from the hospital concerned.
