Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines

Good Morning, i have a question about my contract in my company. I have a 7 years contract and it will end on March 2014 and i want to resign on May 2013 and we have a 6 months moratorium so the effectivity of my resignation is on November 2013. I have 4 months left to observe to finish my contract. Our HR said that i have to pay my contract in full. But in my contract there is no price mentioned. Is this reasonable? I hope you can help about my problem. Thanks!
