Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines

I'd been issued 14 days suspension due to tardiness and it was then committed last year 2012, thus the suspension of 14 days had just issued early this year. is this valid? wizard of James

You cannot escape the penalty for your negligence. Tardiness is a form of negligence.But check it with the company rules if the penalty is in accordance with the offense committed. Good luck to you.
