I lend my boyfriend a money to buy a motorbike. I was with him when we buy the motorbike on a shop amounting to 56thousand pesos. all the papers and receipts are on his name but the cash came from me. when i ask him to pay, he refuse to pay me and he don't want also to return the motorbike. also i lend his father 30 thousand pesos but both of them refuse to pay me. they don't even want to sign on the agreement form. now i'm 5 months pregnant from him also refusing his obligation to me and the baby. what will i do? i leave my current job because my ob said that i need a complete bed rest.know i don't have any money to support me and my baby re my medical and financial needs. thank you very much for your help.

YOU can sue your husband and his father for the recovery of the money that you lend them. Also, should you give birth, you can even sue your Boyfriend for a criminal case of abandonement of minor in relation to Anti Child Abuse. Also you can sue him for support and for filiation.
