Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines

My condominium here at Panay Ave. was foreclosed last Jan 31, 2013 without my knowledge or notification received from the builders March 5, 2013. I would to know if I can file a case about this. I think there are anomalies going on. I also want know how long usually takes for this type of lawsuit. Thank you! Rod

This is a long process. Perhaps, you failed to pay and despite notice you did not settle your obligation.
