If the lease is without any contract then it could be month to month if you are paying the rental on a month to month basis or and week to week if payment is week to week, day to day if payment is day to day. On the expiration of each of the said period, the owner has the right to demand the return of the property. But if you want you can stay on the property and just be ready with the rentals. Or you can file a complaint before the barangay.
