Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines

Hello Good Morning

Im from the Philippines i just want to ask how to go about complaining the owner of the commercial stall that we are renting? The owner ask me for 1 month advance and 2 months deposit rental. rental per month is P5500. She also asked me to pay reconnection fee for the Electricity before we occupy the stall and asked for downpayment for water and electricity which cost me p2000 for electric deposit and p2000 for the water. We have an agreement that once we determined the actual amount of our electricity then i will need to pay additional electric deposit. The first month of our electricity is P4800 but the 2nd month went down to P3300, now she is assking me to pay additional P3ooo which makes my total electricty deposit to P5000. They even asked my hired employee to signed the contract as a witness in my absence. In law would this be ok? I'm thinking of cancelling my contract since they are collecting a lot of money from me but they are not attending to my complaints about my inconvenience in their stall. Is it possible to void the contract due to the grounds i mentioned? What would be the right thing that i can do about this? please help
