Philippine Law on treasure found

Do seller have a right to claim a share on the treasure found on the property sold.

Usually the law only provides for the discoverer and an identifiable owner and possibly a local government to claim rights to treasures. But I can research this.

Yes. Philippine Civil Code allows recovery of share depending on whose property it was recovered.
