what are my chances if i file a case of marital rape but the rape happen 8 months ago? no medical certificate and had a police record but the date was march 21, 2011 and the marital rape happen july 28 2010

The chance will depend on how you can prove your accusations against him. You can also file a case for violation of RA9262 (VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND THEIR CHILDREN). What your husband did may also constitute a psychological violence other than physical abuse.
