Legal Question in Social Security Law in Philippines

I have applied and have been accepted for a Philippine Retirement Authority sponsored Retirement Residency Visa. I am age 62, birth date, 10/20/1950 and have gone on to regular early social security retirement. The only request that I have not been able to fulfill from the PRA is a notarized Social Security statement of monthly retirement income that is to be notarized by the U.S.Consulate or the US Philippine Consulate. I am now living in Baguio City, Philippines and I do not know how to fulfill P.R.A.s' request? Thank You Kindly In Advance For Your INFO.

Its a simple thing. Just let somebody in the US get the security statement of monthly income from the US SSS and have them certified it and then bring it to the Philippine consulate in the US. And send it here to you.
