Legal Question in Traffic Law in Philippines
sinita ako ng isang police officer na member ng highway patrol group. nakita nya sa rehistro ng sasakyan ko na hndi nakalagay yung kulay ng sasakyan ko. tinikitan nya pa rin ako pgkatapos ko magpaliwanag na hindi ko alam yun. nagpaparehistro tayo ng sasakyan para legal na magamit natin ang sasakyan. hndi naman tayo ang may sa kung ano ang mga requirement sa pagpaparehistro kundi yung LTO. kasalanan ba nating mga motorista kung may kulang sa rehistro ng ating sasakyan? Di ba dapat ay sabihin nila kung may kulang sa requirements at hindi nila i-rehistro?
