Legal Question in Disability Law in Puerto Rico

handicap parking

I work in a bank and have handicap parking always have. My car is know by all security personel as they have come to my office to get me on occations when the car had to be moved with no problem. On jun 10 my tag fell off and a sticker was plastered on my car.if the person whould have looked it was visible that it had fallen.I told the security dept that I wanted to have that removed and was yelled at that no it would not be and to go to personel dept.I did so and the only thing they came up with is that if I was in a mall they would not have called me to put the tag back on,as he lied and said he called my dept and noone answered.I have seen many cars parked without tag and no stickers. Now my car has glue all over it and noone care. I feel I am being discriminized as Im an older emplyee of 27 yrs that they want to see leave, not happening. Can you help me.

Re: handicap parking

There needs to be a question for the panel to answer. There is no question in the above narrative. However unfortunate your situation is, and from what I could understand it was extremely unfortunate; it is more properly handled in a consultation with an attorney regarding the potential merits of your situation.
