Hi, I�m thinking of buying for re-sale replica watches to be sold as replica. It�s illegal if I clearly declare that is not the real thing?

Designs are usually protected by copyright. So, if you aid in the violation of a copyright by selling unlicensed replicas of a watch, you may be civilly and criminally liable.
