Legal Question in Employment Law in Puerto Rico

Holiday Bonus Law

I work for a Florida based company and I was transfered to San Juan. I found out that here in Puerto Rico there is a law that requires employers to give a Christmas bonus to its employess in the amount of $200 dollars. Our company is not honoring this law, can they get into any trouble for not complaying?
