I whant to know for how much can i sute, for the death of a 12 years old kid that was hit by Borders Patrol(federal agency)car in front of ther two parents and two brother. And were can i find this information in the web, books or cases. Gracias & happy christmas

Your claim may be sought via the Federal Tort Claims Act and the Bivens doctrine of personal liability of individual federal officers who commit violations of the consitutional rights of individuals. There administrative prerequisites that must be met for the FTCA claim. Claims must be filed within a given period of time.
